Primary Care Network Manager - Trowbridge Health Centre
16-18 hours per week (working pattern to be agreed but must include Tuesdays)

Trowbridge Primary Care Network (PCN) have an exciting opportunity for a PCN Manager to join the team. This role involves the contractual, financial and meeting management of the PCN alongside identifying opportunities for new IT systems to support the way the two practices within the PCN work. The role reports into the PCN Board.
Organisation Overview
Trowbridge PCN includes both Trowbridge GP Practices, who between them have circa 50,000 patients.
