We are an established and forward‑thinking GP practice located in a prime position (BH4 9HJ), nestled between Bournemouth and Poole and just minutes from the beautiful local beaches. With a thriving patient list of over 21,000, we have a strong track record of delivering high‑quality, personalised care.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and patient‑centred Salaried GP (6–7 sessions) to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a list‑holding role, giving you the chance to build long‑term therapeutic relationships with patients while being part of a stable, well‑organised primary care environment.

You will be joining a highly skilled, collaborative MDT that includes:

• Advanced Clinical Practitioners
• Clinical Pharmacists
• MSK Specialist
• Practice Nurses & HCAs
• Pharmacy Technicians
• A dedicated Frailty Team

Our team‑based approach ensures you will have the right clinical and non‑clinical support around you.

Rapid and efficient administrative support is in place to minimise non‑clinical tasks, giving you more time to focus on high‑quality, patient‑facing care.

A highly competitive and negotiable salary package is available, proportionate to experience and responsibilities and benchmarked above regional averages.
