Salaried GP - Crown Heights Medical Centre
Salaried GP vacancy for 5-6 sessions.
List holding (250 patients per session) with the inclusion of Duty Doctor.
We operate with a Digital Access Doctor triaging service supporting the duty team and our salaried GPs support with this on rotation
- 15-minute appointments
- High QOF/IIF achievers
- Average 13 appointments per session
- Home visits taken by One Team & Paramedic significantly reduces urgent visit demand.
- Extended hours access provided by in house.
- 7 weeks annual leave and one week study leave pro rata.
- GP will be list holding (250 patients per session) and take part in fair share duty sessions.
- Stable workforce of 8 training GP partners and 7 salaried GPs, 1 paramedic, team of MSK physios, clinical pharmacists, mental health team, a team of practice nurses and healthcare assistants, plus supportive reception and administrative staff members.
- Supportive educational environment with a current team of Physicians Associates supporting patients and working collaboratively with clinicians.
- In-house education programme and mentorship, including programme of clinical, significant event and CQC meetings throughout the year.
- We are a training practice with ST 2/3 registrars and medical students (Pharmacy & PA).
- Working on obtaining Research practice status.
- Current list size of 27,791 patients.
- Branch site located 7 minutes’ drive away.
- All rooms equipped with dual screens.
- We use EMIS web, Docman and ICE
- Member practice of the Mosaic PCN
- CQC Rated Good (July 2024)
- Daily coffee and tea breaks where all are welcomed.
