We are delighted to introduce Lizzie, Nikki, Clare and Samantha who are our new In-House Nurse Advisor Team. They will provide support to the Wessex LMCs Office Team as a dedicated resource in relation to nursing related matters. This will strengthen the support for practice nursing colleagues across our area.
The Nurse Advisor Team will play a key role in supporting the responses to nursing-related queries, ensuring that practices have access to timely advice, guidance, and support. Please note queries need to be submitted in the usual way via our office@wessexlmcs.org.uk email. In addition, this team will help develop nursing content on the LMC website, helping to ensure that resources remain relevant, accessible, and up to date.
The team will also support the planning of nursing education and training opportunities, promoting professional development and sharing best practice. To further enhance communication and engagement, they will produce a quarterly nursing newsletter, providing updates on key developments, educational opportunities, resources, and hot topics.
We look forward to the positive impact Lizzie, Nikki, Clare and Samantha will have in supporting and connecting our nursing workforce.
