Practice Nurse - St Paul's Surgery

Hours: 18–24 per week (applicants choice) over 3 days
Contract terms: Permanent, part time
St Paul’s Surgery are recruiting for a conscientious Practice Nurse. Whether that be a newly qualified or a vastly experienced clinician. Extensive training will be provided.
The role could include long term condition reviews (Diabetes, COPD, Asthma, CKD, CHD, Stroke management), Wound care, Cervical Screening, Pill checks, Travel and Child Immunisations.
Experience in any of these areas would be an advantage but is not essential as internal/external training will be provided. Funding is available for further education.
St Paul’s Surgery is a large practice which cares for 24,000 Winchester patients. The practice is highly reputable in the eyes of patients, staff and commissioners. We have a large diverse workforce of 19 GPs, 3 ANPs, 4 PNs, 3 HCAs along with PCN Pharmacists, MSK Physios, Mental Health Practitioners, Social prescribers. We work from modern purpose-built air conditioned premises and invest in state-of-the-art medical equipment and technology. We use EMIS Web, AccuRx, Heidi AI, and ICE systems.
