GP Partner Opportunity –

- Active member of Southampton Primary Care Limited and Southampton West PCN
- Access to shared multidisciplinary team including Physiotherapists, Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Mental Health Nurses, Social Prescribers, and Wellbeing Coaches, Advanced Visiting Service
- 6 weeks annual leave plus 1 week study leave (pro rata)

Who we’re looking for
