Salaried GP - Village Surgery
The Village Surgery in Poole seeks an innovative, self-motivated GP for 4-6 sessions per week and flexibility in how these sessions are met, A GP who is keen to incorporate his or her ideas for any progressive development into the practice and be fully involved with the options to put new processes in place. We are a democratic, fair and friendly partnership with a great team ethos and can genuinely offer you a good work/life balance.

- £10,500 a session
- 6 weeks equivalent annual leave, plus Bank Holidays pro rata, 1 weeks pro rata CPD Leave

About Us
We are a friendly and supportive Practice with an excellent Primary Care Team comprising of
- 5 GPs (2 male and 3 female)
- Advanced Nurse Practitioner
- 2 Practice Nurses
- 1 HCA
- Established GP Training Practice supporting GP Registrars.
- We are located within the university and support the students of the Arts University.
- Rated Good on our recent QOF inspection October 2025
The team is supported by the Partners, Practice, Deputy Practice and Reception Managers. We are part of the North Bournemouth Primary Care Network (NBPCN), and also supported by the NBPCN team members which include
- Pharmacists,
- First Contact Physios,
- Acute frailty visiting team,
- Social Prescribers, working with Dorset Mind and a Mental Health Practitioner.
- Supporting our Severe Mental Health patients we have a network SMI worker.
- Our PCN Digital Care Co-Ordinators work alongside the practices to offer support in meeting the PCN DES requirements.
