Elm Hayes Surgery provides primary care services (PMS) to its 9,100 patients from spacious, modern, purpose-built premises in Paulton. Semi-rural location close to Bath, Bristol, and Wells.
We require a committed, motivated and enthusiastic GP to join our friendly, supportive team 4 sessions per week, but flexible working or job share would be considered.
- 4 Partner, 4 Salaried GPs
- Full Nursing Team, Nurse Led Minor Illness & Chronic Disease Management, HCAs, PA & Admin support
- Friendly, well organised team, high QOF achiever
- Active member of local commissioning group & federation
- Support from Community Staff (Health Visitors, District Nurses, Physiotherapist, Community Matron)
- Student teaching programmes
- Potential to develop special interests.
- Complementary Therapy Suite on site
- Fully computerised, System1, paper light
- Recent introduction of a fully digital triage model using Accurx
