We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team at The Barcroft Practice. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a busy, forward-thinking surgery where patient-centred care is at the heart of what we do.

About the Role:

• Work as a key member of the duty team
• Provide triage and clinical assessment for patients
• Manage telephone consultations, face-to-face appointments, and home visits
• Support the team in delivering high-quality, safe, and effective care to our patients
• Contribute to the continued development of our nursing team

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner (Master’s level or equivalent experience)
• Strong triage and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently while being an integral part of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to excellent patient care and continuous improvement
