We are looking for a motivated and skilled nurse to join our enthusiastic nursing team.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse with a special interest in Diabetes, COPD and Asthma. You will be responsible for delivering chronic disease management, health promotion, and general practice nursing duties, working alongside our clinicians to support the needs of our patient population.

What we’re looking for:

• Registered Nurse with experience in primary care
• Interest and/or experience in Diabetes, COPD and Asthma management
• Commitment to delivering high standards of patient-centred care
• Enthusiasm for teamwork and service development
