We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Associate Practice Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Provide education and support to patients regarding their health conditions and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patients’ progress and report any changes in their condition to the medical team.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Ensure the practice environment is clean, safe, and welcoming for all patients.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent qualification with valid nursing registration.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
• Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• A compassionate approach towards patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
