Practice Manager Supporter - Jane Dawes

Hello, my name is Jane Dawes and I retired from the NHS in June 2021. I have moved on from being a full-time PM but are still working to support PMs and their practices. I am currently working with Dorset CCG, Weymouth and Portland PCN and Altogether Better on various Primary Care projects.

I have no one area of expertise but have learnt a lot and dealt with a great deal of HR, performance and change management in the latter years of being a PM. I have also had experience of project managing a large new build. I found the pace of practice management and change really challenging just before I retired, and know how helpful it can be to have an independent ear, If I can help in any way please do get in touch.
