Managing Patient Records
Wessex LMCs are often asked queries about this - and things seem to be changing very fast! A typical scenario:
"A patient comes in to the surgery at 4.45 on a Friday afternoon wanting a copy of their records. " What do you do?
This Lunch and Learn Resource has been developed on the back of a workshop run at the 2019 Practice Manager Conference. Lots of scenarios were run through and the quiz format really encouraged engagement. The same format has been used here as this resource has been developed for practice staff to increase their knowledge of the regulations and answer those thorny issues.
