"The 3Rs: Registrations, Removals and Regulations for General Practice" Lunch and Learn Training Resource has been written for general practice staff to try and help them with the tricky issues regarding registering patients. This resource is ideal to run with a group of administrators over a lunchtime so that there can be lots of chat about what sort of challenges the receptionist faces regarding patients wishing to register.
