Understanding and handling conflict are a significant skills. This programme is an introduction to the topic, the resource will raise people’s self-awareness and give them coping tools.
There are 6 Case Studies that are real and relevant to help the group focus on some practical skills they can use to avert or resolve conflicts. Ideas can be teased out whilst discussing the case studies
All attendees will leave the training session with some real “take-away tips” to assist them in the future
