We are seeking a 4 session GP to commence September/October 2026 although we can be flexible on the start date for the right applicant.  Friendly and supportive practice where all GPs meet up for a catch up and coffee each morning.  Each salaried GP has a GP partner mentor and an allocated PA/Med Sec.

The Practice is located in Fair Oak, within the Borough of Eastleigh, a commutable distance from Winchester, Southampton and Romsey, close to the edge of the South Downs, with easy access to the coast and New Forest.

• 15 minute appointments
• 14 appointments per session with no extras
• Home visits taken by Urgent Care Response Team & paramedic significantly reduces urgent visit demand
• Extended hours access provided by PCN Hub
• 6 weeks annual leave and one week study leave pro rata
• Document workflow screening reduces GP letters significantly
• GP will be list holding and take part in fair share duty sessions
• Stable workforce of 5 partners and 9 salaried GPs, 2 Advanced Nurse Practitioners paramedic, MSK physios, clinical pharmacist, a team of practice nurses and healthcare assistants, plus supportive reception and administrative staff members.
• In-house Education programme and mentorship, including programme of clinical, significant event and external speaker meetings
• We are a training practice with two registrars and medical students

• PMS contract – £ per session per annum + indemnity fees
• Current list size just under 19,000 patients.
