New position: to commence November 2025
- Position aimed at Retainer GP/Salaried GP
- 12 appointments per half-day session, Low visit frequency
- 7 weeks annual/study leave; 1 day/yr for mandatory training
- Flexible contract to co-incide with school holidays, working more in the winter months
- Admin: first line document management provided by admin team and pharm technicians
- In-house mentorship and opportunity f0r fellowship programme for newly qualified GPs
- Attractive package for the right candidate + BMA contract + Indemnity paid + NHS pension
- Working days – ideally Tuesdays and Fridays ( half day options/ other days negotiable )

- Located in Andover, at the heart of Test valley, 15 minutes from Winchester/Salisbury

- Monthly session of protected time, with lunch provided, for GP meetings
- Regular programme of in-house educational meetings: ‘CPD with lunch’
- Dedicated Pharmacist support with Medicine Management
- Excellent admin support – long standing Reception, Secretarial team and QOF co-ordinator
- Good nursing support – Lead Diabetes Nurse and Lead Asthma COPD nurse
- PCN support team including Clinical Pharmacists, Wellbeing Advisors, MIND workers, GPA and First Contact Physiotherapists
