An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our innovative and friendly practice for one year to cover the maternity leave of one of our colleagues. 6 Sessions per week

- 2 Nurse Practitioners
- Innovative PCN team of MSK practitioners, Social Prescribers, Pharmacists and Technicians, Teenage and Adult counselling services, Mental Health practitioner and triage services.
- We are a teaching practice.

- Modern, purpose built surgery (where you will have your own consultation room.)
