• Start date can be flexible
• Up to 4 sessions per week
• Standard BMA Contract
• 4 Partners and 1 Salaried GP and 3 Retainer GPs
• 16500 patients over 2 sites
• Training Practice
• Practice mentorship available
• Opportunities to influence the direction of the Practice.
• Development of special interests encouraged.
• 6 weeks Annual Leave
• Part of the Island City Primary Care Network
• Full complement of extended roles including – Mental Health facilitators, Paramedics, Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy technicians, First contact Physiotherapist, Social Prescribers, Cancer support Social Prescriber and Occupational therapist
• Full complement of Practice Advanced Nurse Practitioners and Practice Nursing team
• Supportive ICB with good referral pathways.
• Access to an Acute visiting Service.
