Vine Medical Group is recruiting for a Salaried GP to join our friendly, supportive team in Waterlooville (list size of 25,000). We can consider candidates wishing to work between 4 and 8 sessions per week (to include a Friday).

Our GPs undertake on average 13 x 15-minute facing-patient appointments a session, plus 3 admin slots in order to deliver the best and safest service we can to our patients. Our salaried GPs have their own patient list once induction / familiarisation phase has been completed.

We have both face-to-face and on-line clinics, as well as home visits, same day care and routine appointments. Our GPs have admin time structured into the working day. Our same day care is run via a structured triage service managed by our care navigators with a GP Lead and ably supported by Paramedics, Nurses, and HCAs, as well as a Medicine Management Team lead by clinical pharmacists.

As a training practice we are always interested in supporting GPs with any special interests. Newly qualified GPs are offered bespoke support and mentorship, regular whole practice trainingsessionsand peer review opportunities.
