Southampton Sea City Partnership was formed in April 2025 through the merger of St Mary and Victor Street partnerships. We are currently recruiting for a Salaried GP to join our growing medical team. The postholder will work predominantly at our Victor Street site in Shirley, in the west of the city. We are ideally looking for a GP who can work between 4 and 5 sessions per week over Mon, Tue and/or Thu of mixed clinical duties – including supporting list holding and continuity of care (working in a small locally focussed micro-team, mixed routine & on-day clinics, occasional visits and associated clinical admin. We ideally need the sessions worked over Mon, Tue and Thu.

We are a progressive organisation and have exciting plans for developing sustainable, high quality modern general practice. We are currently implementing a new clinical model that will have improved access and triage, together with a strong emphasis on continuity and neighbourhood delivery, ensuring patients with more complex needs have continuity of care with a clinician they know and trust.
