SALARIED GP – 3-5 SESSIONS and LIST-HOLDING
Starting – between now and June 2025
Location – Crondall, a picturesque village on the Surrey/Hampshire border.
Accessible via the M3/A287, situated in a rural area between the market towns of Farnham and Fleet.
About Us
Crondall New Surgery is a dispensing, GMS practice serving a growing list of approximately 6000 patients. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional, patient-centred care while maintaining a welcoming and personal approach.
Our diverse and supportive team includes:
Partners and Salaried GPs, nursing team, dispensers and an outstanding admin team, with attached Mental Health Practitioner, First Contact Physio, and a dedicated paramedic home visiting service
Our Systems:
We use EMIS Web, Docman, Lexacom, AccuRx triage and messaging
Your Role:
- A mix of telephone and face to face appointments
- With ‘Duty Doctor’ end of day cover shared between the team
- Develop specialist skills and interests, with access to funded opportunities
- Regular team meetings and lunch gatherings
