Salaried GP - Gudge Heath Lane Surgery
We are looking for an enthusiastic salaried GP to join our friendly, outgoing, forward-thinking team.
We are a supportive and successful training practice of 9,500 patients and you would be joining a robust MDT made up of 5 Partners, 1 salaried GP, 1 GP Retainer, Registrars, Nursing team, Paramedics, and Pharmacy team, as well as our innovative management and admin team.
We work closely with our PCN who provide a paramedic-led home visiting service for our frail and housebound patients, meaning there are minimal home visits for our GPs, a first contact physio service, social prescribing team, and link with mental health and wellbeing coaches.
We offer good work-life balance, a supportive team around you, located in a wonderful place to live and work. There is opportunity for a lunchtime walk and local to cafés and shops.
- Sessional rate starts at £10,500-12k per session per annum dependent on experience
- 4-6 sessions per week available

- Special Interests supported particularly when complimentary for general practice
- 6 weeks annual leave plus 1 week’s study leave pro rata
- High QoF achievement
