We are looking for forward-thinking, enthusiastic, dedicated, and caring GP to join our successful 7-Partner practice. Ideally we are looking for a 6 session Salaried GP. The Avenue surgery is based in the semi-rural market town of Warminster which is within an easy commute to both the Cities of Salisbury and Bath, with beautiful Wiltshire and Somerset countryside on your doorstep. General practice has been facing unprecedented challenges that have been met head on by the whole practice, including investment in our staff and restructuring to ensure we meet our keep priorities of maintaining a caring and accessible service to our patients. The wellbeing of our team is important making the Avenue surgery a happy and welcoming place to work. We are happy to be flexible with the role, offering in practice, virtual or hybrid working and the number of sessions are negotiable.

We are a large training practice, providing all aspects of primary care to circa. 18,500 patients, with a Good CQC rating. The practice is non dispensing and uses SystemOne. We have an extremely friendly team which includes specialist nurses, HCAs, visiting paramedics and a ‘living well’ team to support our elderly population. We also have close links to our district nurse and social prescribers’ team.
