Blossom Health is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Salaried GP to join our friendly and progressive team for 6 sessions per week, working Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

The Role
We are seeking a GP who is passionate about providing excellent primary care and enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
The role will include:
- Face-to-face and telephone consultations
- Own Patient list responsibilites
- Management of acute and chronic conditions
- Clinical decision making and care planning
- Participation in practice development and quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting continuity of care for patients where clinically appropriate
- Working closely with the wider clinical and administrative teams
Working Pattern:
- Monday AM & PM
- Tuesday AM & PM
- Thursday AM & PM
- Total: 6 Sessions per week

About You
The successful candidate will:
- Be fully registered with the GMC
- Be included on the GP Register
- Hold a licence to practise
- Demonstrate excellent communication and consultation skills
- Be committed to delivering high-quality patient-centred care
- Enjoy working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment
- Share our values of kindness, professionalism and continuous improvement
Primary Care experience is essential.
