Prescribing ANP - Blossom Health Gosport
Blossom Health Gosport are looking to recruit a Prescribing Nurse Practitioner to join our innovative and cohesive clinical team.
Located on the ground floor of Gosport War Memorial Hospital we are a well established, expanding practice with a list size of just under 6000 patients. Recently rated Good by CQC across all areas, our clinical team consists of 3 salaried GP’s, 1 prescribing ANP, practice nurse, respiratory nurse, diabetic nurse and a very experienced advanced HCA. As part of our expansions plans we are seeking to employ another Prescribing ANP for approximately 27hrs per week to support the clinical team.
We have an excellent working relationship with our neighbouring practices via our PCN with access to Pharmacists and Pharmacy technicians, First Contact Practitioners, Health and Well Being Coaches and Social Prescribers.
The Surgery has an incredibly friendly atmosphere and everyone has an opportunity to offer suggestions and voice opinions on the development of services.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience + Indemnity paid + NHS Pension + 6 weeks annual leave
