Prescribing ANP - Blossom Health Gosport
Blossom Health Gosport are looking to recruit a Prescribing Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our innovative and cohesive clinical team.
Located on the ground floor of Gosport War Memorial Hospital we are a well established, expanding practice with a list size of just under 6000 patients. Recently rated Good by CQC across all areas, our clinical team consists of 3 salaried GP’s, 1 prescribing ANP, Practice Nurse, Respiratory Nurse Specialist, Diabetes Nurse, Phlebotomist and an Advanced HCA. As part of our expansion plans we are seeking to employ a second Prescribing ANP for approximately 32hrs per week to support the clinical team.
We have excellent working relationships with our neighbouring practices via our PCN with access to Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, First Contact Practitioners, Health & Well Being Coaches and Social Prescribers.
The surgery has an incredibly friendly atmosphere and everyone has an opportunity to offer suggestions and voice opinions on the development of services.
