Practice Nurse

25 hours per week over 3 days

6 weeks holiday + bank holidays (pro rata)

Are you an experienced Practice Nurse looking for a supportive, welcoming environment where your skills truly make a difference? Lordshill Health Centre is looking for a motivated practice nurse to join our friendly primary care team for 25 hours per week.

You’ll be confident in treatment room duties and experienced in managing long-term conditions, particularly diabetes and asthma. If you’re passionate about delivering excellent patient care and enjoy working collaboratively, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide a full range of treatment room duties, including wound care, cervical cytology, and immunisations.
• Run nurse-led clinics for diabetes and asthma, supporting patients with reviews, education, and self-management.
• Help manage long-term conditions in line with current guidelines.
• Work as a key member of our multidisciplinary team.
• Keep accurate clinical records in line with NMC and practice standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience working as a Practice Nurse in primary care.
• Strong treatment room skills.
• Experience in diabetes and asthma management.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive, patient-centred approach.
