Phlebotomist / Healthcare Assistant - Mansfield Park Surgery (Watercress Medical)
We are looking to recruit a Phlebotomist/ Health Care Assistant 24 hours – must be phlebotomy trained.
- Phlebotomy
- Simple wound dressing, including suture and clip removal
- NHS health checks
- Assist with the Long-Term Conditions physical health review
- Flu vaccinations
- ECG’s
- Urinalysis
- Chaperone
- Support our nursing team with clinical tasks
- Stock control and ordering

Person Specification / Education & Qualification
Essential
- English and Math’s Level 4-8 / GCSE
- National care certificate
- Level 2 or Level 3 In Health and Social Care Subject (or willingness to work towards)
Desirable
- Care Certificate in healthcare (Level 3)
Experience
Essential
- Evidence of working in a busy environment
- Phlebotomy qualifications
- Experience in a customer focused environment
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting
- Evidence of working as a member of a team
- Understands nature of the role and responsibilities
Good technology skills with knowledge of Emis, Docman and ICE
