We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our experienced and dedicated team.

We are a well-established Practice situated in Denmead, Hampshire with easy access to the motorway and the South Downs National Park. The team has an excellent skill mix whereby the GPs and Nursing team work closely together to provide first-rate patient access.

The ideal candidate will have experience in General Practice and will:

· work collaboratively with the whole practice team to deliver an excellent experience that meets the needs of the patients.

· Provide care for the presenting patient; from initial history taking, triaging, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation.

· Use critical thinking and practices within professional boundaries.

· Be proactive and a driver for change, assist in the training, development and clinical supervision of practice personnel and medical students

· Assist with visiting Nursing Home patients and the housebound when required.

· Adhere to policies and procedures and provide guidance to the practice team as required.

2 part-time Salaried GPs

16 hours over 2 days on Tuesday and Friday, plus sickness and holiday cover.
Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience
Informal visits to the Practice are welcome
