ark and St Francis Surgery is recruiting Practice Nurse – Treatment room Nurse.
We are an established training practice comprising of two surgeries Park Surgery and St Francis Surgery. We are providing medical services to a list of just under 17000 patients across the two sites,

- 5 Practice nurses

- Chandlers Ford PCN comprises of 2 practice working collaboratively with PCN pharmacy team, MSK practitioner, social prescribers,
- We have a strong Administration, Reception and Management team.
The role includes all treatment room duties and triage. To work within our integrated care team as well as autonomously and across our two GP surgeries.
- Part-time or full-time hours negotiable
- Salary negotiable, dependant on experience
Essential Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with NMC pin
- Evidence of CPD
Desirable Qualifications:
- Chronic disease/long term condition management qualifications
- Understanding of EMIS and QoF
- Cervical Cytology Trained
- Immunisation/vaccination Trained
- General Treatment room experience
- Competent with wound care/minor injury assessment
- Phlebotomy trained
- Triage/minor illness experience/qualifications
- Primary care environment experience
- Health promotion experience
- Minor Op/coil fitting assistance experience
- ECG taking
General experience:
- Infection control and cold chain policy,
- Completion of audits and Care Commission Evidence,
- Safe storage, rotation and disposal of stores/medications
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Expected hours: 16 – 37.50 per week
