Dispensary Counter Assistant - Jubilee Field Surgery
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Dispensary Counter Assistant to join our village GP practice.
This is a busy, patient-facing, front of house position that would suit a cheerful multi-tasker with good interpersonal skills.
Tasks include:
- Being a friendly, first point of contact for patients visiting the dispensary
- handing out medications
- processing repeat prescription requests
- answering patient queries
- liaising with other members of the dispensary and surgery team
- counting and filing prescriptions
- assisting with stock control
- and more…
Previous experience of working in a GP Dispensary or Community Pharmacy is not essential, although it would help, but customer service experience would be beneficial to this role.
Full training is available for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will join a team dedicated to providing excellent care and service to our patient population.
Jubilee Field Surgery is situated in the village of Yatton Keynell near Chippenham.
Hours for this role will be part-time. Specific hours and days can be negotiated.
