| To be responsible for managing and overseeing the quality of all data within the clinical system. To ensure regular audit and interrogation of the data, with the aim of maximising partnership income through the Quality & Outcomes Framework (QOF), Enhanced Services and IIF. To support IT project developments and Improvements. To identify and support the improvement of systems in the practice. To ensure Resource publisher documents and forms are up to date
To be responsible for the day-to-day functionality of the organisation’s IT systems, undertaking a wide range of IT systems management duties in support of the multidisciplinary team. Duties can include but are not limited to, leading the running of patient searches and requested reporting data, administration of databases, user accounts, housekeeping, upgrades, general queries and transformation and development projects. In addition, the post holder will be required to provide support the multidisciplinary team, maintain the organisation’s IT infrastructure, provide support to the team, ensure all issues are resolved or escalated in a timely manner and provide local training as necessary whilst ensuring all issues are resolved or escalated in a timely manner.
