Job summary
A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Practice Nurse to join our friendly team for two to three days per week. We are particularly looking for a Practice Nurse to predominantly deal with all aspects of Diabetes in Primary Care. Experience of working with patients with Diabetes is essential. Experience of Primary Care is desirable, but not essential.
Trowbridge Health Centre has a patient population of over 30,000. Our staff team is large, but this does not detract from personal support, a great team ethos, and happy, professional staff.
