Royal Manor Health Care, based on the iconic Jurassic Coast, is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated ACP to join our multidisciplinary team. About the Role

As an ACP, you will:

• Undertake autonomous consultations, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with a range of complex conditions
• Prescribe independently within scope of practice
• Provide same-day acute care and chronic disease management
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and mentoring of junior staff
• Work across general practice and community settings as needed

What We’re Looking For

• MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent)
• Independent Prescriber (V300)
• Registered with NMC / HCPC / GPhC
• Minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in an ACP role
• Excellent clinical reasoning, communication, and teamwork skills
• Passion for improving patient care and driving change
