12 month Locum 4-7 session General Practitioner - Malmesbury Medical partnership
Job summary
Due to some forthcoming happy news, we have a temporary post in our supportive, clinically driven team.
We are therefore looking for a 4-7 session GP to join us on a 12 month contract, in the first instance, ideally starting November / December 2025
Main duties of the job
We are looking for a GP to share our routine and urgent work alongside the 6 GP partners, 8 salaried GPs and exceptional team of AHPs. We are supported by a team of practitioners who manage our minor illness and visits, exceptional nursing and admin teams who share our commitment to patient care, and a growing team of ARRS Clinical Pharmacists, a Livingwell social prescribing and FCPs.
We are fortunate to have our Community team on site which includes District Nurses, Community Physio, Community Midwives, Occupational Therapists, a Speech Therapist and some outpatient clinics from the Royal United Hospital
Our current GPs value our inclusive team environment and the daily lunchtime clinician catch ups. We are a training practice, committed to Quality Improvement and we try our hardest to balance workload with a commitment to providing the highest possible levels patient care, and are keen to show flexibility in terms of days/ sessions wherever we can.
