This one hour lunchtime session is aimed at GPs. Do have an electronic device available (phone, laptop, ipad) so that you can use the website feedback tool menti.com during the webinar.
During this session we will explore:
To understand, recognise and manage, stress and overwhelm effectively
What you will come away with
An understanding of specific, evidence based coping strategies in response to stress and overwhelm.
At the end of each session, group coaching circles will be offered to all those involved. The coaching circles offer GPs the opportunity to talk about the personal experiences and the personal impact of this time in a safe, confidential space to process their thoughts. There will be a maximum of 8 GPs at each of the virtually run coaching circles. The trainer, Dr Amrita Sen Mukherjee, will contact anyone interested in these circles on an individual basis after the webinar.
Amrita is a Wellbeing Expert, Portfolio GP and Expert Speaker with an MSc (Dist) in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. Amrita has over a decade of experience working in the NHS and is driven by a core value of service to support others. Amrita has cultivated a unique set of skills, experience and credentials which help her clients to achieve their own unique optimum wellbeing through the promotion of healthier work-life practices and balance. Amrita has conducted extensive research in the field of Posttraumatic Growth and is an EMCC Accredited Coach at Senior Practitioner level
