Hannah’s practice was one of the early adapters of e consultation and they now utilise e consults to streamline their workflow effectively. They strongly promote e consultations. Hannah will showcase how they have made them work to their advantage covering
- how to maximise e-consult efficiency and use this to benefit practice working and workload
- snapshot of current working model in a practice size of 17,000 receiving around 100-150 e-consults daily
- the future of how e-consult can fit into your PCN and become an effective means of patient communication

Chris’s practice now pre-consults everything through their own online access forms, this enables them to information gather to assist in triaging and stratifying patients to the right member of the team. They work in Pods which enables better continuity of care.
