Charli is a registered mental health nurse with 12 years of experience in the field.  Ten years of this time was dedicated to adult mental health inpatient services, where she played pivotal roles within acute and psychiatric intensive care settings. Among her various clinical roles, Charli served as the ward manager of the female acute ward.

In the last two years, Charli transitioned to the child and adolescent mental health liaison service, marking a substantial shift in focus. This transition also involved a move to children's services within an acute hospital trust, presenting her with a noteworthy learning curve from which she continues to navigate and grow.
