Trainer

Eleanor is a Practice Manager with nearly two decades of experience working in primary care. Their areas of interest are the practical application of CQC compliance, workforce re-design and the implementation of new access models. A large part of their career development in recent years has been in and around practice and PCN business management as well as income optimisation.

Having held positions on external CCG/ICB committees and a secondment to a Local Medical Committee for several months gives Eleanor a deeper understanding of primary care from both a provider and commissioner perspective.

Being passionate about working with teams to deliver practical, realistic solutions to the complex problems faced across healthcare means their training style is interactive.
