Previous Delegate Feedback

"An exceptional session on principles of transactional awareness, thank you. It more than met my expectations and hopes for self development (CPD) as well as how I can use some of the concepts for patients, and colleagues in informal clinical supervision"

"Refreshing and helpful guide to understanding and improving communication skills in private, professional and in surgery context with patients, as well as providing some skills to teach better, more genuine communication. Thank you!"
