Pharmacy Technician - Bournemouth East Collaborative PCN

Job Title: PCN Pharmacy Technician, Pharmacy Team, Bournemouth East Primary Care Network
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 20-24 Hours
Salary: Salary range £31,049 – £36,055 FTE for pharmacy technicians who have not completed the CPPE Pathway, depending on experience.
For candidates who have completed the CPPE Pathway, a higher salary is offered in excess of £37,500 FTE
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our innovative Primary Care Network pharmacy team, supporting a population of over 53,000 patients across multiple GP practices. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care while helping to shape and improve medicines optimisation services within primary care.

Our Network teams
Enhanced Care Visiting team for frail housebound patients and those in care homes. The team includes visiting GPs, ANPs, Frailty Nurses, Care Coordinators, Clinical Pharmacist.
BEC Treatment Centre working out of the Treatment Centre at Shelley Manor Medical Centre supported by GPs, ANPs, Respiratory Nurse and HCAs.
First Contact Physiotherapy Practitioner service.
Digital Lead
Pharmacy team comprising of Clinical Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians.
Mental Health practitioners and Mental Health triage practitioners
Health & Wellbeing Coaches and Social Prescribers within Help and Care team.
