Health Care Assistant - New Forest Central Medical Group
The New Forest Central Medical Group are seeking an enthusiastic Health Care Assistant to join our friendly well established, thriving rural Practice. We provide Primary Care to our 7500 patients, who are equally spread between the two idyllic villages of Brockenhurst and Sway.
The following are the core responsibilities of the Health Care Assistant. Though there may be occasions to carry out other tasks:
- NHS Health Checks
- Phlebotomy
- Wound Care/simple dressings
- Routine ECG’s
- Fridge temperatures
- Infection control checks
- Ensure all clinical rooms are adequately prepared and stocked
- Clinical waste removal, inclusive of sharp bins
Benefits include: 5 weeks holiday plus Bank holidays (pro rata) and the NHS Pensions scheme.
Hours – Part time hours – to be negotiated
