Clinical Pharmacist - Bere Regis Surgery
Job summary
- An opportunity to work a minimum 22 hrs as a Clinical Pharmacist in a dispensing Practice in Bere Regis and a possibility of additional hours as part of the Purbeck PCN Pharmacist team where you will work with other Pharmacists and Pharmacy technicians both in the GP surgery, patient’s homes, or care homes.
- Opportunities to develop your role and show how a Pharmacist can help the Practice team improve patient care.
- Run audits and make quality improvements.
- To help improve medicine management in the Practice and wider Purbeck group.
- Salary – dependent on experience.
- Working hours – Minimum 22 hours per week for the Practice with a possibility of additional hours for the PCN Network. Job share considered and some remote working.
- NHS Pension
- Non – medical prescriber or completion of Primary Care Pharmacy education program.
- Opportunity to extend the role into help manage chronic disease and minor illness
