Ideally, candidates will have previous experience in primary care and a keen interest in supporting the development of long-term condition services within the practice.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and develop a key role within the practice. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for learning and delivering high-quality patient care. The Clinical Pharmacist will work as part of the general practice team to optimise the use of medicines, support the management of long-term conditions, and provide expert advice for patients on multiple medications. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing patient safety and improving healthcare outcomes.
Having a Clinical Pharmacist within the team allows GPs to focus on complex cases while ensuring patients receive dedicated support for their medication and treatment plans.
Key Requirements:

Experience in primary care (preferred)
We welcome applications for both part-time and full-time positions.
