Patient surveys have now been taken out of QoF and will be carried out on a quarterly basis by the DoH.
You will need to complete two patient surveys during the revalidation cycle.
Use the current patient survey as a starting point and adapt it for your needs and then use this, remember that this needs to look at individual doctors, not the whole organisation.
Again you need to compare to previous results, (hence the need to have a consistent approach) reflect on these and ensure you record any action points.
