On 1/8/06, the NHS Employers and the GPC, in consultation with the Dispensing Doctors' Association, have published details of the Dispensary Services Quality Scheme together with guidance to assist practices and PCTs to implement the scheme.
It is expected that Directions supporting the scheme will come into place by the start of autumn.
