While undertaking a Masters degree in medical education, she developed a special interest in clinical simulation and worked as Director of Clinical Skills and Simulation at Leeds Beckett University. In 2018, she left to start her own business and now works freelance across a range of organisations including further education colleges, private education providers and industry partners specialising in clinical simulation.
