Introduction
With places limited to just 12 participants, the small-group format creates the opportunity for meaningful discussion, confidential sharing and transformative learning. You'll leave with practical insights and techniques that can be applied immediately to strengthen relationships, enhance collaboration and improve the quality of conversations across your organisation.
This two-part course is ideal for senior leaders and will be a safe space to learn together. You will experience some really productive, transformative, confidential learning that you can apply with immediate effect with all the people you work with.
The first half of this two part course explores Insights Discovery, a globally recognised personality profiling framework inspired by the work of Carl Jung. Rather than categorising people as right or wrong, Insights Discovery helps individuals gain a deeper understanding of their own preferences, strengths, and communication styles through a simple and memorable colour energy model.
By understanding what drives both themselves and others, participants learn how to build stronger relationships, communicate more effectively, and collaborate successfully across teams, functions, and virtual environments.
Aims
What You'll Gain from Insights Discovery:
- A deeper understanding of your own communication preferences and working style
- Greater awareness of how others prefer to communicate and engage
- Practical strategies for adapting your approach to strengthen collaboration
- A shared language that helps teams navigate challenges, differences, and conflict more effectively
Key Outcomes
By the end of the workshop, participants will:
- Have a practical toolkit for navigating difficult conversations
- Feel more confident and comfortable handling challenging situations
- Be better equipped to communicate with impact while maintaining positive relationships
- Know how to adapt their approach to achieve more productive and successful outcomes

- Understanding what makes conversations difficult
