Introduction
At a time of increasing pressure, rising demand, reduced budgets, and the need for wider partnership working across neighbourhoods, strong relationship skills have never been more important.
This FULLY FUNDED for members short webinar is designed for:
- GPs
- Practice Managers
- PCN Clinical Directors
- PCN Managers
- Anyone working within general practice who wants to build stronger, healthier, and more effective relationships
The quality of our relationships profoundly influences our health, wellbeing, and workplace performance. Research suggests that over 40% of people experience relationship challenges that generate stress, drain energy, reduce effectiveness, and increase the risk of burnout - particularly as digital communication can often amplify misunderstanding and friction.
High-performing teams do more than complete tasks, they create relationships that flow. That’s why it pays to prioritise and practise the core skills of meaningful connection, including:
- Understanding different personalities
- Building empathy
- Managing conflict constructively
- Cultivating collaboration and trust
We work together not because it is easy, but because collaboration brings out our very best.
Drawing on many years of experience, Dr Bhatia will share simple, accessible, empowering, and highly effective techniques that participants can apply immediately in both professional and personal settings.
